At KASH Beauty, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the list of items you wish to return to receive your unique Return Authorization code.

  Pack Your Items

  Ensure that all products are in their original, unopened packaging and securely place them in a shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix your shipping label and send the package to our distribution center; we recommend using a tracked service as we are not responsible for lost returns.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
